With more than 15 years of litigation and prosecution experience, Loeb joins the firm after serving in the DOJ's Criminal and Antitrust Divisions in Washington, D.C. and San Francisco and in the U.S. Attorney's Offices for the Northern District of California and in the District of Columbia, where she worked on some of the DOJ's most high-profile matters at the trial, appellate, and Supreme Court levels. In 2023, Loeb became a deputy chief of the Capitol Siege Section, overseeing January 6th-related investigations and prosecutions. Judge Morrison C. England joined Judicate West as neutral in Sacramento.

England has more than 40 years of combined legal experience, including nearly 30 years of serving California from the bench. He was appointed to the district court in 2002 by then-President George W. Bush following six years with the Sacramento County Superior Court, and he served as chief judge of the Eastern District of California from 2012-2016.
