Turkish record company sues YouTube over music video copyright

Arts Records LLC accuses YouTube of illegally copyrighting its music videos and ignoring takedown requests for Turkish artist Muazzez Ersoy's content.

A Turkish record company has accused YouTube of contributing to "widespread infringement" of music copyrights by refusing to take down videos that have been flagged by rights holders while allegedly moving to copyright the videos itself.
